Marijn Oosterhof is a young, driven mountain biker who works on technique, race insight and confidence within Team Cranked. Through targeted training, great attention to detail and a steady build-up, he is developing a solid foundation step by step for the coming seasons. On the bike, Marijn is gaining more control in technical passages, while off the bike he works on focus, recovery and a professional attitude.
Team Cranked since 2025
Noud Smeenge combines ambition with calmness and precision on the bike. Within Team Cranked he works on repetition, technique and race rhythm, so that he develops more control and confidence in race situations. By putting in many training hours and processing targeted feedback, his self-confidence is visibly growing. The emphasis is not only on speed, but also on smart riding, posture and consistent execution.
Board member and trainer
Jan de Vries has been active in the world of mountain biking for many years and brings experience, structure and substance together within Team Cranked. He coaches riders not only on a sport-technical level, but also helps with mental development and professional attitude. Thanks to his broad experience in coaching and organisation, Jan knows how to challenge talents at the right moment while maintaining calm in the process. This makes him an important part of the team's daily development.

As chairman, Harm Matthijssen is committed to the direction and continuity of Team Cranked. Through his involvement in the sport and his network, he helps provide talents with the right environment, guidance and opportunities. Harm oversees the team's direction, thinks long-term and supports the organisation behind the scenes. That combination of vision and commitment creates stability in the development of young riders.
